Homework is due on the date assigned unless a student has been ill. Students are given the number of days equal to their absence to complete and turn in missed assignments. If the student is out 2 days, he/she will have 2 days to make up homework, assignments or quizzes. The student is responsible for making an appointment for a make up quiz or test. Sports is not a reason to not have completed homework. Teachers fill out an assignment/homework form that is in the office at the end of the day for siblings or parents to pick up. I encourage parents to be involved in their student's school work by quizzing them or reading and discussing literature assignments with them.
