| Second Grade Memories
Mrs. Kelly's class had a great year. We sat down at the end of the year and wrote about our favorite memories. We are glad to share them with you! We realized we sure were busy this year and did a lot of fun learning activities! Thanks again to all the parents and family members who helped us with our special projects! Mrs. Kelly always said she could not do these extra projects without their help!
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember the penguin project. I kind of liked the dinosaur project. I liked the gingerbread houses. I remember the Stations of the Cross. I liked the human body project. I loved doing the president project. My Flat Stanley went to Colorado. My favorite book was Ramona. The First Communion was fun. I liked the game Sparkle. I liked the animal report.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember First Communion for the second reading. I was crying. The Flat Stanley project was fun. Mine visited Mishawaka. That is in Indiana. He visited my friend. I miss her. I liked my pen pals. They are fun. I like playing Sparkle. It is fun. Physical Fitness Day was fun. My favorite activity was the water balloon toss. That was fun too.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember gingerbread houses were fun. I liked the Flat Stanley project because we sent them all around the world. I liked the butterflies because it was nature and I had fun too. I liked the zoo because I got to see animals for the zoo. I liked the walk a thon because we walked three miles. I liked the solar system project because I learned about Pluto. I liked the pan pals because they were nice. I liked reading with Mrs. Fox because he helped me read. I like art with Mrs. Goodknight because she is nice to me. I like school.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I remember Mrs. Kelly our teacher. She was so much fun. I will also remember my pen pal. Her name was Mary Kate and in March we had cookies. I remember math and fractions. It was easy. First Communion was exciting. We celebrated birthdays too. I'll remember everything in second grade. Physical Fitness Day was fun too. Second grade rocks! I'll miss second grade forever and Mrs. Kelly too.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember when we brought stuffed animals to school. It was really fun. We got to do a campout in the classroom with three tents. The best thing I liked is making a gingerbread house. I remember when we had butterflies in our classroom. Even the zoo animals came to our school. The penguin races were so awesome. Pajama day was also fun. The songs in the Christmas program were fun to sing. I love second grade. And I will miss Mrs. Kelly
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will the gingerbread houses. They had lots of frosting. I sang lout at the Christmas program. We did pajama day and I wore purple pjs. I will remember my friends Austin and Maggie. We loved our Flat Stanleys because we sent them around the world. I will miss second grade. The best part of second grade is Mrs. Kelly. I will miss computer because of the stamps. We will miss music because of the plays we did. We will cry because we will miss our butterflies. I will miss my pen pal Erin Morrisey.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember when we made cookies with our pen pals. It was so funny when a girl who knew about dinosaurs came to our class. She said she would name her dinosaur candysaurus. I thought it was a cute name. I love our Halloween parade. My costume was so sparkly I thought it would be scratchy. Flat Stanley went to California. He had lot of fun. I will never, ever forget when my teacher, Mrs. Kelly was so happy when I passed my time test. I will miss my class.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember my pen pal and me making cookies. I will never forget receiving First Communion. I remember doing our animal projects, mine was on tigers. Our campout day was one of the most funnest days of the year. I love making gingerbread houses. I hope I can make them again sometime. The fire station was super cool. It was really cool to see such amazing animals. I loved the fact that we could see caterpillars change into butterflies. When I received reconciliation. It made me feel good inside. I will always remember you, Mrs. Kelly.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember our pen pals. The pen pals are nice. We will miss our pen pals. In second grade I will remember our report cards. I only got one check! We were happy when we got our report cards. In second grade I will miss recess. You get to play for 15 minutes. I get to play the Alien Game with Sammy. We will miss Halloween. We will miss school.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember our dinosaur project. It was really fun. And I liked the penguin project and when we did the penguin egg relay race my team lost a lot of times. It was awesome. I liked the Flat Stanley project to Curt and Sarah. I heard that Flat Stanley got to go to a basketball game. Stanley said it was sweet. On the Seton walk a thon we were seventy dollars from getting a prize. We really lucked out that day. But one day we made really cool gingerbread houses. Mine was like a mansion. It was cool. I liked the stuffed animal day. We got to take care of them for the whole day. I was kind of nervous for our report cards. My pen pals were nice. I will miss second grade and I will miss you, Mrs. Kelly.

I liked that part a lot. I liked the zoo animals too. I also liked physical fitness day too. First Communion was second best! I liked the time we made the gingerbread houses. That was fun. School is fun.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember campout day because when we had campout day we got marshmallows. I will always remember First Communion because I am receiving Jesus. Flat Stanley was fun because mine went to my Grandma and Grandpa in Tennessee. When it was penguin day we got an egg and we got to take care of it for one day. For Easter we had an egg hunt. I think I was the second one to find the egg. When we had the walk a thon, it was so much. We walked three miles for going to the park and back. I almost drank my whole water bottle. When I made my state report I did it about New Mexico. I will miss the best teacher ever, Mrs. Kelly.
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember penguins. We took care of an egg for a day. I loved the Flat Stanley project we made and I like the girl they made for him. I liked my animal report, when my dog dies I will remember her. I loved pajama day except recess on pajama day. I love, love you, Mrs. Kelly. I don't like the bread at church. I don't like my solar system project because of what my dad put on there. I love p.e. I love my second grade friends. My best friend is Madeline
Second Grade Memories In second grade I will remember my First Communion. I will remember the day I walked three miles on the walk a thon. I will remember the day we learned about Flat Stanley. and my Flat Stanley visited Brea, California. I like Mrs. Kelly as my second grade teacher. On Halloween I was a doctor. I will remember the day I did my Reconciliation. I was happy that day. My teacher, Mrs. Kelly, rocks. I like birthdays. I like second grade.
In second grade I will remember the state reports when we learned about different places. I loved the camping day. It was fun because we got to make s'mores in the teacher's lounge. I loved when Mrs. Kelly came to my First Communion. It was very special. I really liked when the animals came to second grade. I thought the egg hunt was kind of easy because I found the first egg. I loved when the visiting reader came to read to us. I like when Halloween came because we had a Halloween party with each other. I liked stuffed animal day. I love second grade!

Second Grade Memories This year in second grade, I will remember all my students. They were always so eager to do a new project and had such a great enthusiasm for learning. I LOVED the way the would clap for each other when someone did a problem right on the Smartboard. They really supported each other when someone did a good job or gave a correct answer. That was really amazing! I loved it when they got so excited when we were going to play Sparkle or go outside for an extra recess. It was nice that little things made them happy. I will always remember this class as a fun, hard working, smart group of boys and girls. Thank you for a great year!!!
