Homework Policy
- To instill good work and study habits and promote student
responsibility.
- Homework is given:
- when the work is not finished in class
- when absent from school
- weekly spelling test (5-10 minutes per day)
- personal reading
- math facts (nightly)
- review for subject tests
- special projects
- Homework should not exceed 30 minutes per night.
- Consequences of unfinished homework
- use of recess time to complete
- teacher record kept on file
- note or call home
