Watch for quarterly SOS notices coming home in the student's book bag. Insert them into the family folder. Please read and review often.

4th Quarter

1. Practice sentence structure when writing with your child (capital letters, nouns, action words, punctuation).
2. Correct improper use of pronouns during conversation.
3. Encourage correct grammar during conversations.

3rd Quarter

1. Practice spelling words and math facts while riding in the car.
2. Restock needed school supplies.
3. Practice counting by 2's, 5's, & 10's while riding in the car.

2nd Quarter

1. Check book bags nightly and empty take home folders.
2. Set a regular time and place to study with your student.
3. Keep school materials together in your study place.
4. Practice spelling words and math facts while riding in the car.
5. Read! Read! Read! ... every night with your student.
