2009 - 2010 School Supplies List

A water proof book bag is required for all grades, No book bags on wheels are permitted. Please remove all packaging and mark all supplies with your student’s name. Items such as pencils, pens, erasers, glue sticks, and notebook paper may have to be replenished later in the school year.

Physical Education Class

Tennis shoes are required for kindergarten through 5^th grade students. Students in 4^th and 5^th grades must also bring a t-shirt and shorts, sweatpants or warm-up pants each day they have P.E. class.

Kindergarten through 5^thGrade Technology Fee

Please send $5.00 in an envelope on the first day of school. Mark the envelope with your student's name and room code and label it "Technology Fee."

Please have your student remove unneeded packaging and mark all supplies clearly with their name before bringing
them to school. Items such as pencils, pens, markers and spiral notebooks will have to be replenished throughout
the school year.

6^th, 7^th, and 8^th Grades Supplies to Order

Each family should fill out the order forms (supplied by school) for the following items, if needed. All are required
supplies. Enclose the correct amount of money in an envelope labeled with student's name, room code, and the words
"Supply Order." Send this order in on the first day of school. Extra order forms for calculator, Bible, and gym shorts
are available at Middle School Office.

$3.00 to purchase an assignment notebook (required each year)
6th Grade Only: $12.00 Technology Fee
7th and 8th Grade: $5.00 Technology Fee (required each year)
$17.00 with order form to purchase a T34II calculator
$10.00 with order form to purchase a New American Bible
$13.00 with order form to purchase required gym shorts for P.E. Class

All textbooks must be covered within the first few days of school. Cloth book socks may be purchased for the
5 hardcover books. Paper sacks or paper book covers will also be needed for workbooks.

Each student is also asked to bring:

3 boxes of Kleenex
1 roll of paper towels
2 containers of disinfecting wipes

Appropriate clothing is required for Physical Education Class.
