Sellers are asked to pick up wreaths at Gary Hodge Inc., 767 52nd Avenue, Moline this year. If this is not possible, contact a wreath sale organizer to arrange for pick up.

Things to remember:

  1. WE ARE REQUESTING THAT MONEY BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR ORDER.
  2. There is only one order form per family. Additional order forms will be available in both school offices.  Please copy all seller information from the label to the order form.
  3. Show the wreath brochure to each customer, contact last year’s customers and please make sure your parent or guardian are with you.
  4. Parent’s, please take the order form to work, or you are affiliated with a business please consider purchasing your holiday wreaths from Seton.
  5. Please clearly complete address, phone number, and order information.
  6. Checks should be made payable to “Seton Booster Club”.  If cash is received, please write a check for the cash to turn in to the Booster Club.  Your check is your receipt. 
  7. Orders submitted after November 26th will be subject to product availability.
  8. Sellers are asked to pick up wreaths at Gary Hodge Inc., 767 52nd Avenue, Moline Friday Nov. 21st (2:45 to 6) or Saturday, Nov. 22nd (8 to 2).
  9. Orders may be placed using a form at www.setonschool.com.  This method is for customers seeing our advertisements in the bulletins and newspapers.
  10. Contact Wreath Committee Chairpersons, Tim Adam (309-269-6594) if you have any questions or problems.

Student Incentive:

  1. The Seton School Administration is helping out this year’s wreath sale by offering an extra ½ day off from school if our sales goal is met.  If the total sales exceed $60,000 (this is $5,000 more than last year), all students and faculty will receive a ½ day off November 26th (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving). 
  2. Each class with 100% class participation will receive a Happy Joes pizza party.
  3. Top 10 families win money $$$$$
