Parent's Club January Minutes

The 3^rd 2008-2009 Parent’s Club meeting was held Tuesday January 13^th, 2009.

Vice President Leslee Schnueman called the meeting to order.

Leslee read the Commission Committee meeting minutes.

Correspondence was read/passed around.

Paul provided a Treasurer's report.

Staff appreciation committee update:

• Wednesday the 27^th of Catholic schools week is Teachers Appreciation

• There may be a menu change

• There is meeting being held Sunday at Panera.

Walk-a-thon: There is a new chair and they are working on getting things going.

Spaghetti Dinner: Things moving along, there is still a need for volunteers. Ticket order form-picture in the paper for Dispatch. Need a little more explanation of event.

Wreath Sales: Still have outstanding money

Fall Fundraiser: Need volunteers for 2009 event.

Principal's Report:

• Catholic Schools week is January 25^th-30^th.

• 3^rd quarter ends on Monday. Report cards will go out on 1/20.
