The Board of Trustees of the Rock Island Vicariate Catholic Schools is established as the governance body for the schools to enable participation by the Catholic community of the Rock Island Vicariate, in collaboration with the Diocese of Peoria and under oversight of the Rock Island Vicariate Pastors' Board, in providing direction and guidance to ensure the mission, quality, continuity and stability of the Catholic Schools in the Vicariate as Catholic educational institutions: Our Lady of Grace Academy, East Moline; Seton Catholic School, Moline; Jordan Catholic School, Rock Island; and Alleman High School, Rock Island.
