Tuition FAQs:

  • Tuition is due the first of every month.
  • Tuition can be sent with your child in an envelope marked "tuition" or it can be mailed to the above address.
  • One check can be written if you have children at Children's Place and Seton.
  • Please do not staple payment stub to check.
  • You do not have to send payment coupon in with check, but please mark who payment is for in memo area.

Authorization for Automatic Tuition Payments

Now you can have your tuition paid automatically from your checking or savings account. To participate, complete the Authorization Agreement and return it to the Business Office.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is available for students enrolled in grades kindergarten through 8 and whose families are members of one of the Moline parishes (Christ the King, St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart). Financial aid packets are available in either school office. To apply online, visit www.factstuitionaid.com and follow the online instructions.

John Spalding Scholarship Fund Grants

Grants are available for students enrolled in grades kindergarten through 12 in any catholic school located in the Diocese of Peoria and whose families are members of a catholic parish in the Diocese. Information about the grants and application materials may be obtained from the Seton offices or on the Diocesan website www.cdop.org. Click on EDUCATION then on OFFICE OF CATHOLIC SCHOOLS and then on SPALDING SCHOLARSHIPS.  Grants are for 1 year only and anyone seeking to renew a grant must reapply. The application deadline is mid February.

Child Care Assistance Program

The state of Illinois has a Child Care Assistance Program available for families to assist in the charges for preschool, PreK, extended day and before/after school care. Each parent approved for the Child Care Assistance Program will have a co-payment paid directly to Seton on their behalf. The remaining charges are the responsibility of the parent.
